What do i need at the site to make this work?
At the Least a laminated QR Code in a holder which we can supply if required and/or a branded NFC as shown in the video.
What does the VIsitor Need?
A Mobile phone with an internet connection.
Is it GDPR Compliant?
Its designed to be. We provide a template privacy agreement and you modify that to your needs and check it with your compiance provider.
How long is the data kept for?
That is entirely up to the client
How do you store the data?
Its stored in a data centre in the EU. Also a daily report of all visits is stored in pdf format on immutable storage so it cant be deleted or changed.
do you support permits to work?
Yes an electronic form is displayed which needs to be filled in by the visitor if a permit is required.
I want to guard against unauthorised contractors.
There are two methods of achieving this. We support NFC keys which can be pre-programmed to an individual contractor. They have to present the Key and a passcode. Or a staff member can authenticate the visitor using the same technology.
How is it priced?
Its priced per site, and a small additional cost is charged for each years worth of historical data that is kept.
How easy is it to train staff and deploy it.
A central administrator adds the sites. Training is performed using distance learning, wih quizes to ensure competency.
